Math: How are we problem solvers?
Writing: How To....
Students are learning about procedural writing. Procedures are written to teach or instruct the reader how to do something. Procedural Writing has four parts:
1. Title
2. Aim
3. Materials/Ingredients
4. Steps
We also did back to back art drawings. Students had to draw a simple shape picture (5 to 8 shapes) and get their partner to re-create it by using specific words to guide the steps. Try this at home!
