Weekly Learning Update

Math Problem: Find a three-digit number that you can represent using 15 base ten blocks. The blocks can be all the same or different. Then, show or describe how many different ways you can represent that same number using a different number of blocks.

Science: Testing Materials & Design
  • Students were busy building their playgrounds. We will show off our structures next week at conferences.
Gym:  Alien In-Line Skating

All the students loved having a chance to develop their in-line skating skills. The final day of skating was a Disco Party.






Global Read Aloud: One Book to Connect with the World

In our writing this week we wrote a reply to Bat as if we were the real skunk expert, Dr. Jerry Dragoo. Students had to decide if Bat could keep the skunk kit or not. Ask you child about their letter.
